The New York Post’s Editorial Board recently outdid itself with, “Biden’s in for ‘24 — and we may all pay the hefty price for it.” The newspaper was established in 1801 by Federalist and Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, who likely would have approved of the exposé.

The Department of Justice filed a lawsuit on April 26, challenging Tennessee’s newly-enacted law banning transgender medical procedures for children, arguing that the legislation violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause.

In this press release, the DOJ said it also asked the court to issue an immediate order to stop the law—Senate Bill 1, or SB 1—from going into effect on its scheduled date of July 1.

And who is in charge of the Department of Justice? None other than U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland the far left radical who Barack Obama had tried to promote onto the U.S. Supreme Court. Fortunately that slippery action never came to pass, despite Hillary Clinton’s, Harry Reid’s and Jeff Flake’s efforts to expedite Garland. Newly inaugurated President Trump appointed Neil Gorsuch. During his presidency, Donald Trump also nominated Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett to the high court and both were confirmed. Additionally, President Trump filled numerous vacancies on the U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals. See them all here.

This is the 54-41 December 20, 2013 conformation vote for Alejandro Mayorkas. It was a straight party-line vote with no deviation. Even John McCain — whose widow Cindy and daughter, known on this site as Mega, both endorsed Biden — voted against Mayorkas’ confirmation. Former Sen. Jeff Flake, now but a bad memory, opted not to vote. Flake also endorsed Joe Biden, who rewarded him with an appropriate ambassadorship…to Turkey.

Bible hiding AZ dem legislator refers to her antics as “playful”

Arizona democrat legislator and ordained Presbyterian minister Stephanie Stahl-Hamilton (official bio under link) has been exposed as the thief who has furtively been hiding Bibles under furniture cushions, and even in the refrigerator, in the members-only state capitol lounge. Her odd actions were discovered by security cameras.

When revealed, the member of the Appropriations and Natural Resources, Energy & Water committees described her bizarre antics as “playful.”

Why is the married mother of three, a supporter of what she cagily calls “abortion care,” playing when she has to do a job on behalf of her constituents? The Tucson democrat, who opposes parental educational choice benefiting their own children, has signed on as co-sponsoring a long list of bills, but is not the primary sponsor on a single one of them. Fortunately, she doesn’t have time.

Wizened has nothing to do with wisdom, as we have repeatedly seen during the Biden administration. Biden, the oldest president to ever occupy the highest office in the United States, leaves no doubt that his abilities have slowed, as he has shriveled and aged, despite hair plugs, plastic surgery and being less than subtlety coached by his wife, Jill, who often moves him out of range of reporters. Jill was forced to order him to “Pay attention, Joe,” when he wandered off the stage during her speech to the U.S. Armed Forces in the U.K. When Obama visited the White House, he clearly overshadowed Biden, who appeared confused as he tried, but failed, to garner attention.

His mental acuity has long been on the wane, though he has lied with ease throughout his political career. Regardless, he has announced he will run for reelection, and preposterously, no democrat has yet challenged him.

Biden’s most recent ratings show his disapproval ratings far outpace his approval ratings.

The show premiered in November 2016, and took over the desirable 8:00 pm EST time slot in 2017.

GOP Rep. Nancy Mace (SC) claims pro-life stance will hobble Republicans

When it comes to standing up for basic values, don’t look to South Carolina congressional House member Rep. Nancy Mace to stand for life. In fact, she is urging her colleagues to veer left on abortion, warning that Republicans will “lose huge” in 2024 if states keep passing what she calls “restrictive” abortion bans. This word manipulation translates to having no restriction on delivering death to healthy, pre-born human babies up until the moment of birth.

“We’re going to lose huge if we continue down this path of extremities,” Mace alleged Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” calling on pro-life Republicans to find a “middle ground.”

Mace singled out Florida’s abortion ban legislation that Gov. Ron DeSantis signed in April. The Heartbeat Protection Act, which has yet to take effect due to an ongoing legal challenge in the state Supreme Court to a 15-week abortion ban, provides exceptions for rape and incest, but requires documentation, such as a police report.

“These are all very common sense positions that we can take and still be pro-life,” Mace opined, as she advocates for killing an innocent child for the crimes committed by the baby’s father in the event of rape or incest. Engaging in deceptive use of the English language, she knows all too well that the death penalty is never imposed on the existing children of criminally charged and prosecuted fathers. The double standard is Mace’s modus operandi.
