Tucson’s Star reports “American” murdered rancher Bob Krentz

The Arizona Daily Star is reporting that the March 27 murder of Cochise County rancher Robert Krentz, which they cite as the backdrop for Arizona’s tough new unlawful entry law, was “not random.”

Given the drug activity the Krentz’s reported the previous day, that’s not a leap.

Not only was it “not random,” but the newspaper is now opining that longtime rancher, slain on the property that has been in the Krentz family for generations, was likely shot down by an “American” suspect who is the subject of an investigation.

With tensions running high in the wake of the senseless murder, the new statute and illegals and their supporters marching through American cities chanting “Si se puede!” (Yes we can!)  there is an obvious attempt by the Star to quell the tone. It appears clear that Krentz’s reference to an “illegal alien” over a two-way radio he used to communicate with his brother while working that day on their ranch, is taking a backseat to political correctness.

The actual story is this: Krentz was found gunned down on his ranch northeast of Douglas a day after his brother reported drug-smuggling activity to the Border Patrol that led to the seizure of 290 pounds of marijuana and the arrest of eight people on the ranch.

The night of the killing, Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever said that his officers followed a single set of footprints to the U.S.-Mexico border. According to the newspaper, that “sparked widespread speculation that Krentz was killed by an illegal immigrant or a drug smuggler from Mexico.” In the ensuing weeks, the killing became symbolic of Arizona’s porous and violent border, setting off a flurry of demands from residents, politicians and law enforcement leaders for more troops and resources to the border, the newspaper reports.

In backing away from the original facts, reasonable persons might conclude Robert Krentz was targeted.  We are left to wonder if the Arizona Daily Star is more worried about image and political correctness than the safety of Arizona‘s citizens?

The Star is cut from the same cloth as the Republic. Of course Mr. Krentz was targeted. And if he was shot by an “American,” it’s probably because the shooter was standing on American soil when pulling the trigger.

  2. Pima Pal says:

Under the circumstances, this sounds ike a whole load of wishful thinking. From the reports, there were some mighty angry drug smugglers the previous day. You think maybe they had some sympathizers?

The Star should be targeted for cancellation. What a load of manure! After all the years that the Krentz family spent on their land, I’m sure that Bob Krentz would know an illegal when he encountered one.

The Reconquistas were front and center at most, if not all, of the May Day marches. Vandalism and personal attacks were a big part of their plans from coast to coast-of course, unreported by the adoring media. The very thought that people like these could someday be the majority in this country and be directing our political future is appalling.

Securing this country and removing the invaders has never had such urgency. Traitorous media sources of all types need to be called on this with every patriot cancelling subscriptions. Their demise may result in new, more balanced reporting.

Tucson is full of liberals, ex-hippies, a hapless Sheriff and people who are generally living off welfare. It is a shame good Air Force families have to live around those goons. The Arizona Daily Star is nothing but a beacon for left wingers who would love to legalize M-J, practice voodoo and take day trips to Nogales, Son., to get cheap rip-off drug store bargains.

Aside from that, I don’t read it.

    Sherri gets it right again!

Tucson is a southwestern version of Chicago. Example: The Photo Radar Scamera at the corner of River & Oracle is set up so that if you are making a left turn, you get your picture taken.

The Judge for that jurisdiction is married to the police chief. NOBODY, no matter how legitimate your argument is, walks out of that courtroom without paying the bailiff…PERIOD. The Judge even TOLD a reporter from that rag that very thing! EVERYBODY’S PAYIN’! It’s a racket, & everybody including the county att. down there KNOWS IT! Of course, the city sham counsel, last month, extended the yellow light time just to make it look like they were doing something about the scam. They’re all a bunch of crooks…but it goes unchecked. Kinda’ like Phoenix, Maricopa Co., etc.

So, for the politicians & the newspaper to act the way they do should come as no suprize what-so-ever to those of us who love liberty. The “daily stink” is just as bad as the Arizona repulsive.

The Arizona Daily Insult lives up (or is that down?) to its reputation of providing more lies, distortions, mis-representations, baseless slime attacks and lunatic-left propaganda than any other US publication.

Were the Sheriff and BP who may have conspired in escape of Bob Krentz’s assassin been reported to FBI, US Atty. That would be hard to bury, Accy after fact to murder, racketeering, escape, under color of office. Hmmmm?
