Pervert dem megadonor Ed Buck guilty of 9 felonies

Conviction of far-left darling of the hypocritical Arizona Republic unworthy of mention on its pages

Earlier this week, a Los Angeles federal jury, deliberating only four hours following a two-week trial, convicted wealthy democrat donor Ed Buck on charges that he injected indigent gay men with methamphetamine in exchange for sex, leading to two deaths and other overdoses, in the mattress-lined living room what was described as his Hollywood “house of horrors.” Court documents portray Buck as a “violent, dangerous sexual predator, who uses the bait of drugs, money, and shelter to lure men struggling with addiction and homelessness into his home, where he manipulates them into participating in his sexual fetishes.”

Buck, 66, was found guilty of nine felony counts including providing and injecting the drugs that led to the overdose deaths of Gemmel Moore, 26, and Timothy Dean, 55. A sentencing date has not yet been announced.

Arizonans will remember Buck (a name he altered from Buckmelter), as detailed in this 2019 post titled. “Deviant Dem megadonor Ed Buck finally arrested after 3rd man overdoses & Update.” Buck’s nefarious anti-Republican career took root in Phoenix, where he received ongoing praise and celebratory status in the local newspaper for being the driving force to take down newly elected Gov. Evan Mecham prior to his January 5, 1987 inauguration to his contrived impeachment conviction on April 4, 1988. The far left Arizona Republic cheered on Buck’s efforts against the former state senator, decorated World War II fighter pilot and POW, and a successful businessman. Evan Mecham was a devoted husband, father of seven, and active in his church, but he was a political conservative making him deserving of the wrath of the radical local newspaper, which daily vomited its multi-pronged, anti-conservative, vicious spew on him.

Governor Mecham was Donald Trump decades before President Donald Trump appeared on the political horizon.

Ed Buck lavished campaign donations on prominent state and federal (be sure to read the entire lists). Democrat candidates — Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Adam Schiff, were among the recipients of Buck’s generosity. Congressman Schiff, who represented the district where Buck lived was known to visit his home.

Buck has given more than $500,000 to a wide array of democrat groups and candidates, including Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (who Biden just nominated as the U.S. Ambassador to India), Gov. Gavin Newsom (currently facing a recall election) and L.A. County District Attorney Jackie Lacey — obviously attempting to curry favor with powerful office holders who could influence his fate. His scheme worked. While in office, Lacey twice refused to prosecute Buck.

The DCCC reportedly received at least $5,000 from Buck. AZ Sen. Kyrsten Sinema’s PAC, Getting Stuff Done, (GSD-PAC) was a recipient of Buck’s generosity, separate from his donations to her campaign, which she ultimately returned.

Those on the long list of leftists who willingly accepted Buck’s generosity remain mute, as does the duplicitous Arizona Republic, which couldn’t praise him enough when he led the impeachment against conservative Republican Gov. Evan Mecham. Now Buck’s conviction is unworthy of mention.

Americans beware: Control is the new normal

This afternoon, shaky Joe Biden, masked and wearing sunglasses, made a spoon-fed announcement that all federal workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be subject to strict Coronavirus testing requirements. The Department of Veterans Affairs announced Monday all of its health-care workers must be vaccinated.

Merrick Garland who heads the Department of Justice as U.S. Attorney General says government agencies and companies CAN force employees to get COVID vaccines as California and NYC lead the way with mandates. Garland rivals Ramsey Clark for the title of most radical leftist to hold that office in modern history.

Remember when Barack Obama nominated this tyrannical activist to the U.S. Supreme Court in the waning days of his administration?  Republican senators back-burnered the nomination, while Arizona single-term Senator Jeff Flake, Obama’s basketball and traveling buddy, was shepherding Garland around the senate desperately trying to gin up votes for him.

Earlier this week, the San Francisco Bar Alliance urged its nearly 500 member bars ask customers to prove they’ve been vaccinated or provide results of a negative COVID-19 test from the past three days. They were not so authoritarian when the deadly scourge of AIDs was infecting large segments of the San Francisco homosexual community, since that would have been politically incorrect.

Once again, Gateway Pundit (GP) proves to be the go-to site for information on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors which has fought tooth and nail against the election audit verifying the results of the 2020 county votes.

Now we know why. The first paragraph follows this lede:

“Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman, Jack Sellers, has unique connections to China and American companies.”

“Jack Sellers is the Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. He has refused or delayed compliance with judge-ordered subpoenas related to the Senate’s audit. He’s supposedly a Republican…so what gives? A look into Sellers’ other roles and those organizations may shed some light. We know he participated in trade missions to China. Trump was tough on China and curbed much of the illegal immigration. Is it possible Jack Seller’s loyalties lie elsewhere?”

It’s news you won’t find in the audit disdaining, increasingly radical local newspaper, which has been losing subscribers at an unsustainable rate.

Compulsory mandates dictating how Americans live their lives is something few of us — who have taken our liberty for granted — have ever considered.

The reality is, however unwilling, we are now wards of a democrat administration, with a president who is so incoherent, he is likely to be removed. On the rare occasions he is forced to interact with the media, Joe Biden’s team provides the mentally and physically frail Biden with crib notes, which he has difficulty reading, often wandering off the stage in a state of confusion.

As of July 27, 2012, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued these new, more restrictive mandates (currently concealed as “recommendations”) that fully vaccinated people wear a mask regardless of the level of transmission and “universal indoor masking for all teachers, staff, students, and visitors to schools, regardless of vaccination status.”

There is actually a legal precedent for this freedom crushing overreach of which few of us are aware. In 1905, during a deadly smallpox epidemic, the U.S. Supreme Court, by a 7-2 majority, said in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts could fine residents who refused to receive smallpox injections. In 1901, a smallpox epidemic swept through the Northeast, and Massachusetts reacted by requiring all adults receive smallpox inoculations subject to a $5 fine. Children could be exempt by the presentation of a physician signed certificate. Though people were far more compliant in those days, there was still a growing backlash to the compulsory mandate that official certificates of vaccination were required to go to work, attend public school, ride trains or even go to the theater. Though there is a Constitutional consent contained in the 25th Amendment providing for the orderly transfer of power when a president is unable to fulfill the duties if the presidency, the prospect of radical leftist and constantly cackling Kamala Harris sitting in the Oval Office is not reassuring. During her brief stint as a California Senator, GovTrack had a graph showing her voting record as to the left of Socialist Bernie Sanders. Not surprisingly, it has been removed.

U.S. Rep. Paul Gosar sponsors 10-year moratorium on immigration

As the Biden administration dismantles the border wall President Trump was erecting along our southern border, allowing unparalleled numbers of illegal aliens to enter the United States, Arizona Republican Congressman Paul Gosar, D.D.S. (CD-4) is doing more than shaking his head in disbelief. Be sure to read the explanatory statement he has issued after introducing legislation providing a 10-year moratorium on all immigration into the United States. Gosar’s bill is H.R.4643.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provides the latest number of what it euphemistically refers to as ‘Criminal Noncitizen Statistics’ for Fiscal Year 2021. In addition to the crime of illegally invading our country, these are people who have a history of criminal convictions — often multiple convictions — ranging from homicides, drug trafficking, sexual offenses, deadly drunk-and-wrong-way drivers and numerous categories in-between. Unaccompanied minors are often transported by depraved pedophiles who continue their obscene criminality once here.

During May and June of this year alone, nearly a half million illegal aliens were encountered by CBP. These numbers peaked during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the illegals are neither detained nor checked for the virus as they are transported across the United States for resettlement. The statistics for FY 2021, are mind-boggling with 1,277,722 illegal entries up to June.

Arizona is fortunate to have a resolute patriot such as Congressman Paul Gosar addressing the harsh realities to which too many others turn a blind eye.

“Conservative” AZ Gov candidate Kari Lake was an Obama democrat. Major new video added

Former news reader Kari Lake has entered Arizona’s governor’s race, characterizing herself as a “conservative” Republican. Her record tells a different story. Using her married name Kari L. Halperin records show she donated to both John Kerry and Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns and getting testy when asked about her political switch as reported by leftist Mediaite.

She has bizarrely compared herself to Ronald Reagan who was once a democrat before seeing the light — a path she took in reverse. Kari Lake, who has honed her skills on camera after years of reading teleprompter scripts on Channel 10, is no Ronald Reagan, switching instead from Republican to a democrat. Lake is a political opportunist who has never held political office and has nothing to recommend her for Arizona’s top job. When asked about her political duplicity, she classily retorted, “Who gives a crap?” according to the Washington Free Beacon.

Kari Lake donated $850 to both John Kerry’s and Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns in 2004 and 2008, leaving the Republican Party, reregistering as an Independent before switching again to become a democrat in 2008. She opportunistically switched back when she thought it would benefit her.

Lake has also hired Mark Buse, John McCain’s senior advisor, to run her campaign. 

It’s no mystery why the Republican-loathing local newspaper headlined its report following Saturday’s Election Integrity rally featuring former President Donald Trump, “Lake stands out among GOP candidates.” The blatant scheme at play is to make the least credible candidate appear to be the frontrunner. Don’t be conned by the conniving, leftist Arizona Republic.

There is too much at stake to trust a manipulative political charlatan with running the state of Arizona which now has two democrat U.S. Senators for the first time since Ernest McFarland (born in 1894) and Carl Hayden (born in the pre-statehood Arizona Territory in 1878) represented the state. Hayden had been the territorial sheriff and first ran for congress in 1911 in anticipation of Arizona’s 1912 statehood. Both Hayden and McFarland joined the military during World War I.

Throwing good sense to the winds is a recipe for disaster for the state of Arizona. Seeing Red AZ endorses State Treasurer Kimberly Yee in the AZ governor’s race. She does far more than reading prepared scripts on a teleprompter. Her solid conservative credentials are impeccable.*

This is faux “conservative” Kari Lake — who was actually a registered democrat — endorsing leftist Merrick Garland, Barack Obama’s pick to replace conservative Justice Antonin Scalia on the U.S. Supreme Court:

Michelle Ugenti-Rita’s political aspirations explode in boos at Trump election integrity rally

Scandal-plagued* Arizona state senator Michelle Ugenti Rita (R-LD23) received a roaring reception at Saturday’s capacity crowd Trump election integrity rally, but it definitely wasn’t what she was hoping for. 

Ugenti-Rita, who has said she no longer supports the Maricopa County ballot audit, and has ridiculed AZ Senate President Karen Fann, was booed repeatedly and finally left the stage in disgrace before finishing her prepared statements. Attendees were furious at her petty refusal to support SB 1241, an election integrity bill proposed by another Republican, Sen. Kelly Townsend — opting instead to join the democrats and Republicrat Sen. Paul Boyer. She‘s currently a candidate for Arizona Secretary of State and will likely be withdrawing rather than face a humiliating Primary Election loss.

Trump in Phx today! Allies, foes will feel effect

Donald Trump’s visit to Phoenix today will present more than an opportunity to welcome him back, but also provide an insight into Arizona’s upcoming election cycle. Those who appear with the 45^th president will stand apart from those who will be AWOL from what is being billed as the “Rally To Protect Our Elections!” hosted by Turning Point Action.

Best bets are those who have issued excuses, hoping to straddle the political fence, will account for their lack of spine at the polls. Gov. Doug Ducey sealed his fate with conservatives when he very publicly refused to answer a “Hail to the Chief” ring tone call from President Trump. Term-limited AG Mark Brnovich, a McCain ally and former private prison lobbyist, who never lets us forget he is the son of Yugoslavian immigrants, is now running for the U.S. Senate while keeping his distance from Trump — a move that will not endear him to the GOP base. Karrin Kunasek Taylor Robson, a prominent donor and governor wannabe with little to recommend her for the state’s top job other than marrying wealthy developer Ed Robson who indulges her whims. She will conveniently be “out of town,” sealing her fate, as well.

As president, Donald Trump’s domestic and international policies were extraordinary victories. Our economy surged under his administration.

When the deadly COVID-19 pandemic hit, Pres. Trump presided over Operation Warp Speed, accelerating the development, manufacture, and distribution of vaccines.

He kept his promises on everything from initiating border wall construction halting the flood of illegal aliens at our southern border to meeting with previously ignored North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, in an effort to open dialogue with the communist leader. Although other presidents have vowed to do so for decades, Trump was the first president to fulfill the promise of recognizing Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel and moving the U.S. Embassy, as Katie Pavlich noted in 2017.

Insightful Americans felt pride in our nation’s strong position on the world stage.

Today we will have the opportunity to observe who joins President Trump on stage at the candidate’s forum that precedes the rally at the downtown Arizona Federal Theater.

It matters. A lot.
