NYC’s dem Mayor Adams has finally had his fill of “migrants”

May 31, 2023

Leftist Mayor Eric Adams has sought court approval to suspend NYC’s ‘right to shelter’ rule in the wake of migrant crisis, according to this earlier New York Post report.

It’s clear even the most liberal of democrats have a point where harsh reality cannot be ignored. Mayor Adams did an about face regarding New York City’s “right to shelter” policy, declaring it does not apply to the tens of thousands of illegals who have sought sanctuary in the city’s five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx.

Adams implored federal officials to pick up the tab, which in January Adams estimated at upwards of $2 billion. That translates to the far left and shifty mayor wanting to pass the costs for his disastrous policies to Americans in every state.

Ethically challenged, Adams appointed his brother to a NYPD job that includes handling Adams’ security detail.

As if that wasn’t enough, Adams, a frustrated social engineer, recently signed legislation banning discrimination based on body size by adding weight and height to the list of protected categories such as race, sex and religion.

Dem Dianne Feinstein not sure where she is, joins Biden in state of oblivion

May 30, 2023

Racial politics dominate

Conservative Review‘s recent report, “Feinstein was reportedly confused that Kamala Harris was presiding over Senate: ‘What is she doing here?‘“ shines a bright light on the fact that democrats will continue to support elderly and senile members of their party regardless of their obvious frailties.

Sen. Feinstein, hospitalized in March due to a serious case of shingles resulting in brain inflammation, returned to Congress in May, forgetting she’d been gone. “I haven’t been gone,” insisted Feinstein. “You should…I haven’t been gone. I’ve been working.” Feinstein will turn 90 on June 22.

“You’ve been working from home is what you’re saying?” asked a reporter. “No, I’ve been here,” an agitated Feinstein responded. “I’ve been voting. Please, you either know or don’t know.” A recent poll found that an astounding 67% of Californians agreed that her advanced age and illness made her unfit to serve in office, while only 20% said they disagreed. When asked if she should resign, 42% of Californians said she should, while only 27% said she should serve out her term.

The California senate seat is steeped in racial politics. Gov. Gavin Newsom publicly vowed that if Sen. Feinstein stepped down early, he would appoint a black woman to replace her. The word “qualified,” never came up.

Octogenarian Joe Biden declared his candidacy for a second presidential term on April 25, though he barely currently functions in that role. Real Clear Politics aggregated poll tracker shows Joe Biden‘s polling numbers continuing to plummet.

Florida lawmakers gave final passage Friday to a measure that clears a path for Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis to run for president without resigning from his current job.

Though an unannounced candidate, former President Donald Trump continues to surge in the 2024 Republican presidential polling.

Memorial Day 2023: Honoring America’s fallen heroes

May 29, 2023

“No person was ever honored for what he received. Honor has been the reward for what he gave.”

– President Calvin Coolidge, August 2, 1923 – March 4, 1929

Graves of America’s military heroes can be accessed through Veterans Legacy Memorial website.

Memorial Day became a federal holiday in 1971, during the presidency of Richard Nixon, who rose to the rank of Commander in the U.S. Navy.

Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone’s jail drug crisis reaches epic proportions

May 28, 2023

12News is once again reporting on the ongoing drug crisis occurring in the Maricopa County jails. This Feb.16, 2023 graphic report leaves little to the imagination. This April 7, 2023 report concerned seven female inmates now recovering after overdosing on fentanyl. Over 170 MCSO jail inmates were taken to the hospital for overdose or drug-related incidents in 2022.

Penzone, a democrat elected in 2016, weakly claims the type of drugs and how they were obtained is still under investigation. His immediate predecessor, Republican Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who housed overflow inmates in surplus military tents, was elected to an unprecedented six four-year terms. Bleeding heart liberals protested, though the tents had large air coolers. Arpaio correctly noted that the tents were used to house our military in the Middle East without the aid of cooling fans. Penzone resisted being compared to Arpaio, since he always fell short of the popular sheriff. As a top federal official with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Mexico, the Middle East, Central and South America as well as in the United States including Arizona where he headed DEA, Joe Arpaio spent three decades fighting narcotics trafficking worldwide.

Over 170 MCSO jail inmates were taken to the hospital for overdose or drug-related incidents in 2022. For these conditions to exist within the jails exemplifies the need to replace Sheriff Penzone.

Currently there are two announced Republican 2024 challengers to Paul Penzone: Frank “Mike” Crawford and Jerry Sheridan. Both Crawford and Sheridan have filed statements of interest. Visit Jerry Sheridan‘s campaign website. This is Mike Crawford’s campaign website.

Anti-Trump, Marlene Galan Woods announces for congress as a democrat

May 25, 2023

Bizarrely declares voting rights her number one issue, though any registered voter is able to vote and no voter repression has been alleged

The widow of party-switching McCain aide and former Arizona Attorney General Grant Woods, Marlene Woods is no novice when it comes to switching parties herself. Self-described as the ”Shirley Temple of Cuba,” she came to the USA with her parents as a child, eventually becoming a local television station newsreader.

Grant Woods, who served as John McCain’s congressional chief of staff, frequently broke with the Republican Party to support democrat candidates and leftist causes. He and Marlene celebrated their marriage at the McCain compound in Cornville, Arizona. Later, he endorsed Hillary Clinton in the 2016 U.S. presidential election and Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election.

Currently announcing as a congressional candidate Marlene Woods declared,  “I want to flip that seat.”

“I’m a moderate democrat. That seems right for the district.” Though there are no allegations of voter suppression, Woods states, I’m interested in voting rights…that’s the No. 1 issue…along with what she cagily refers to as “common sense gun laws and reproductive rights.”

In an interview, Woods said she had been approached to run by democrats after the November elections. She said she switched her party registration from “lifelong Republican” to democrat when Donald Trump became president, saying, she “no longer recognizes the Republican Party.” Most recently, Woods chaired democrat Adrian Fontes’ campaign for secretary of state.

“My values are the values of this district. My positions haven’t changed. I’ve always been pro-choice,” she boasted. “Pro-choice” is liberalese for “pro-abortion.”

The U.S. House of Representatives is comprised of 435 voting members. Congressman David Schweikert, a senior member of the influential Ways and Means Committee, represents the district. Read his impressive bio.

He has served his district well and deserves to be retained.

Did you own slaves? U.S. Reps. Cori Bush, Sheila Jackson Lee still want you to pay $14T in reparations

May 22, 2023

Congresswoman Cori Bush introduced a “reparations” resolution Wednesday, May 17, calling for $14 trillion in reparations to people who were never slaves. She claims it will eliminate the racial wealth gap — though not addressing the numerous contributing factors such as single-mom led families with no fathers, increasing school drop-out rates and the accompanying skyrocketing crime and gang membership.

According to U.S. Rep. Cori Bush, a Missouri democrat, who is promoting the federal reparations bill, “H.R. 40 is the pathway for the governmental framework that will help restore national balance and unity in terms of wealth, healthcare, education, housing, and the criminal justice system. By passing H.R.40, Congress can start a movement toward the national reckoning we need to bridge racial divides.”

This absurdity was originally promoted by Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), who said, “Reparations are not a luxury for our people, but a human right long overdue for millions of Americans. The atrocities committed against black Americans are undeniable, and reparations are a tangible route to acknowledging and making amends to the glaring economic and social impacts of slavery and systemic racism. We must repair this damage.”

Slavery was not unique to the United States. It existed in ancient Egypt, where the slaves were white.

The American Civil War (April 12, 1861 – May 26, 1865) was fought to end slavery, with an estimated 620,000 to 750,000 soldiers dead, along with an undetermined number of civilian casualties, making the Civil War the deadliest military conflict in American history. The effort to end slavery was led by President Abraham Lincoln, the first Republican president.

Democrat Congresswomen Cori Bush and Sheila Jackson Lee are in need of remedial history studies.
