Nancy Pelosi’s husband’s DUI arrest not worthy of coverage

With husband Paul’s arrest for DUI, what we’ve all known is officially confirmed: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is capable of driving anyone to drink.

The official Napa County public booking report can be seen here, Businessman Paul Pelosi was arrested on Saturday night at 11:44 p.m. and was booked into jail at 4:13 a.m. before being released at 7:26 a.m.  He was required to post bail in the amount of $5,000. The 82-year-old’s booking number is 202200900. According to reports, he could face charges including driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher after being involved in a traffic accident while driving his 2021 Porsche.

Nancy Pelosi’s spokesman issued a statement stating, “The Speaker will not be commenting on this private matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast.”

True to form, the leftist media lunged — not on Paul Pelosi, but on conservatives. Newsweek ran this absurd headline: “MAGA Republicans Pounce After Nancy Pelosi’s Husband Arrested for DUI.” Imagine the headlines if the drunk was Melania Trump or one of the former president’s adult children. It’s a certainly the blame would not be placed on democrats.

This double standard is clear evidence of the bias that drives the lame stream media. The Arizona Republic ignored the arrest, which never would have happened if it occurred during a Republican adminstration. Since when did DUI’s resulting in an accident become a “private matter?

If you read nothing else today be sure to read this revealing exposé. It begins with these words:“A new Maricopa County 2020 election report from Verity Vote used public records requests to discover that more than 20,000 ballots were illegally counted.

Arizona’s 2020 Presidential Election was decided by less than 10,500 votes. After numerous records requests and months of waiting for responses, Verity Vote found that Maricopa County received and counted tens of thousands of ballots after the Election Day deadline.”

This finding was not mentioned in Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s equivocal September 24, 2021 ‘Statement Regarding Arizona Senate’s Draft Report on Audit.’

On March 17, 2022, The Western Journal reported, “At Least 200K Mismatched Signatures: Study of 2020 Maricopa County Ballot Envelopes Points to Flawed System.”

Mark Brnovich has moved on. He is now a candidate for the U.S. Senate and his focus is on that campaign rather than the job he was elected to do.

Obama mourns dead children, teachers…and career criminal George Floyd

Barack Obama expresses regret over the nineteen innocent young victims and two teachers viciously slaughtered by the mass murderer who entered their second, third and fourth grade classrooms in Uvalde, Texas on May 24. But he doesn’t want them to divert attention away from the second anniversary of the “murder of George Floyd under the knee of a police officer.”  Floyd, repeatedly incarcerated, had recently been released from a Texas prison for breaking into the home of a pregnant woman, holding a rifle to her stomach as he demanded drugs which she didn’t possess — when he was apprehended in Minneapolis attempting to pass a counterfeit $20 bill in a convenience market and fought being rearrested.

As we grieve the children of Uvalde today, we should take time to recognize that two years have passed since the murder of George Floyd under the knee of a police officer. His killing stays with us all to this day, especially those who loved him.

Democrats have a skewed perspective that honors criminal perpetrators and rewards their families, while giving victims and their survivors a box of tissues to dry their tears. And America’s dedicated law endorsement personnel? They are the recipients of restrictive reforms emanating from the inner sanctum of the White House and signed by the shaky hand of disoriented Joe Biden.

CBO’s projection of the deficit for 2022 is now $118 billion less than it was in July 2021, but its projection of the cumulative deficit over the 2022–2031 period is $2.4 trillion more.

The Economy:

In CBO’s projections, elevated inflation initially persists in 2022 because of the combination of strong demand and restrained supply in the markets for goods, services, and labor. Inflation then subsides as supply disruptions dissipate, energy prices decline, and less accommodative monetary policy takes hold. Since mid-2021, inflation has reached its fastest pace in four decades. In CBO’s projections, the price index for personal consumption expenditures increases by 4.0 percent in 2022. In response, the Federal Reserve tightens monetary policy and interest rates rise rapidly. Real GDP grows by 3.1 percent in 2022, and the unemployment rate averages 3.8 percent. After 2022, economic growth slows, and inflationary pressures ease

Dems use massacre of children to renew call for gun control

The vicious massacre of 19 young children and two teachers in Uvalde, Texas, occurred just two days before the second, third and fourth graders were due to leave for summer break. Salvador Ramos, the 18-year-old murderer, first shot his grandmother — with whom he lived — in the face, before entering the school, storming classrooms and wildly terrorizing and slaughtering the innocent young victims. According to the most recent census, the town is predominantly Hispanic, but it took the local newspaper to the jump page to identify the shooter. Inconvenient facts don’t fit its agenda.

Joe Biden immediately reacted to the horror by overtly calling for gun control. Biden’s first statement used these words, “When in God’s name will we stand up to the gun lobby? When in God’s name will we do what we all know in our gut needs to be done?”

VP Kamala Harris jumped onboard the same theme saying, “We have to have the courage to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.”  In dem speak, that translates to invalidating our Second Amendment freedoms, rather than mandating the installation of enforceable safety measures at all U.S. schools, including having only one entrance into the facilities, and armed on-campus security forces comprised of former police officers and military members. The concept has worked well in Israel, where Yasser Arafat’s Palestinian terrorist militia routinely blew up schools and school buses. Arming teachers, all of whom had compulsory military service, stopped the carnage.

Never accused of being the epitome of decorum, crude and profane Arizona democrat U.S. Rep. Ruben Gallego, tweeted at California Republican Rep. Darrell Issa, “F— your prayers.  They haven’t worked for the last 20 mass shootings how about passing laws that will stop these killings?”

Gallego also tweeted at Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz,: “Just to be clear f— you @tedcruz you f—ing baby killer.”

Dying AZ Republic hastens its own demise with Elvia Diaz promotion, & Update

In another trendy “first” promotion, the failing local newspaper, has decided the reliable way to stay relevant in a world that has abandoned hard copy newspapers peddling left-wing, day-old news, is to insult their remaining readership.

According to an announcement, Elvia Diaz is now heralded the “first Latina” to serve as editorial page editor since the newspaper was founded 132 years ago. Omitted is the fact that she came here as an illegal alien who used our system to leave the fields where her family picked crops to obtain a taxpayer subsidized college education which enabled her to vent her anti-Republican spew. She cut her teeth at the Republic’s Spanish language publication, La Voz.

The announcement boasts, “As director, Diaz will edit The Republic’s Viewpoints section, opinion columnists and guest writers, set the board’s agenda and, working with the executive editor and the board, shape The Republic’s institutional voice.” She is foolishly praised for “expanding outreach to underserved communities,” none of whom read an overpriced, English language newspaper.

Bounced from that position to make room for this radical replacement is Phil Boas, who used his post to denigrate his own father-in-law, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who was running for reelection after serving the people of Maricopa County for an unprecedented 6-four year terms. Thanks to Boas’ efforts a George Soros-financed democrat replacement now leads the Sheriff’s office* in the fourth-most populous county in the United States — besides being a border state.

Don’t mistake Diaz for a benign entity. She is an equal opportunity venom spewer, even reaching down into her bag of hatred to blast venomous anti-Semitism in a vile, contrived, and unrelated, border comparison.

And Phil Boas? In a face-saving gesture, he’s going to become a “columnist,“ to be published on the pages on which he served as chief editor for two decades, the last 10 as editorial director. Leftwing E.J. Montini is past retirement age and Boas is a family man with a mortgage to pay.

Biden underwater minus a life jacket, as inflation continues to surge

Dem midterm candidates can only be cringing at the lack of coattails as Biden is abandoned by Washington Post

These outlandish numbers reflect Joe Biden’s latest Job Approval ratings as seen on Real Clear Politics. An aggregated 41.0% approve of the job he is doing, with 54.3% expressing disapproval. Some of the individual polls are much lower…with two in the 30‘s.

On the direction of the economy, Slo Joe sinks even lower, with a mere 36.3% approving and 59.6% disapproving. The shocker is leftwing CNN which has Biden with a 65% disapproval rating.

On his handling of immigration, (SRAZ more accurately refers to this topic as the Illegal invasion) he‘s dragging bottom, with nearly 60% disapproval. CNN stunningly shows him at 64% disapproval.

Biden fares no better on foreign policy, with his aggregated disapproval rating at 53.8%. The Harvard-Harris poll, also with a dubious bent, nonetheless indicates even more dismal figures with 59% disapproving. 

Following the release of April’s calamitous economic numbers, the far left Washington Post editorially slammed Biden, deriding his “magical thinking on inflation,” opining his polices ‘help, not hurt’ inflation.” The editorial board noted that inflation was “one of the biggest challenges” he faces and that American consumers from both political parties were frustrated about it, scolding Biden that he should have told the American people that he was taking inflation “very seriously” several months ago.

“The White House has been suffering from magical thinking on inflation, and, sadly, that continues,” the editorial board said, adding that in 2021, the Biden administration “wrongly” told people that the high prices wouldn’t last.

The board must be choking on these words, since the editorial it ran preceding the 2020 election was topped with four words, “Joe Biden for President,” despite the economic growth Americans experienced under President Trump.

It’s clear no democrat candidate is going to seek this failed president’s endorsement. Since he recently confused his wife with his sister there’s no assurance he’d remember who they were. Dem political consultants must be busy strategizing with candidates on how best to refuse Biden’s help if offered.
